It was the cheapest place in this area, if you need place just to spend the night, you can choose this hostel.
The rooms is very small. There was TV at room, but no channels. Parking near from hotel is free from 1800 - 0900
Friendly personell, comfortable number, clean bathroom unit
some trash in the number under basin, damaged bathroom equipment in bathroom unit
Location and price
A lot of noise, toilets very small, bad breakfast
Everything very clean. Good value for money.
Breakfast is not served until 8:00 am, which is too late, I reckon, if you - as I was, - are leaving by ferry to Sweden in the morning.
those who like to save even one or two Euro it is ok to stay
if you are ready to pay 5,6 Euro more you'd better look for another
The only positive thing was the location.
The value for the money is very poor. I have paid 75 € for a tiny room with a miniscule toilet with a very imaginative shower where it was impossible to shower. There was an awfull stinky smell coming from the toilet the whole time, and the room was very noisy too. It is simply an exploitation. In many european contries that place would not be allowed to be opened. I will not recommend this place to nobody I know.
Good location, friendly staff.
Matresses could be more comfortable. 3€ per luggage to store them (even just for a couple of hours), I have never seen something like this, sorry but this was a disappointing extortion, the management should take it into account.
It was close to the train station
There was so much I didn't like about Hotel Harriet. It was being rennovated so my room was incomplete, there was no character to the room and it was untidy upon my entering. The hallway was also a mess because of rennovations. The woman that checked me in just wanted to wave me off and didn't give me the door code downstairs, the Internet password, info on breakfast the next morning or the check-out time; she was very unprofessional. By far the cruddiest hotel I've stayed at in Scandinavia.
Plenty of nearby restaurants, quite close to the city centre, comfortable beds, simple but adequate breakfast included, free wifi worked quite well
Ensuite was very small and although it looked recently renovated it was a very poor job and not well finished. The shared bathroom however was a good size.
Very close to turku railway station.
Very late breakfast; from 08:00 on weekdays and 09:00 in weekends. Therefor not good for business people. Bathroom in room is very small and shouwer hardly present.
Most I liked was...nothing.
The value for money is very poor.Breakfast is very poor and you have to eat it in the corridor(no room for having breakfast).Rooms are very basic. Is a mixture between a seedy student's house and backpackers. We paid a little more of money for Soko hotel in Helsinki and it was like nigth and day.Is the chapest in Turku, but is very bad. Es un ANTRO..pero es barato.
best location for travelling by train, good stuff
it was a little hostel, but very nice
Central location and close to train station.
Terrible customer service during the whole stay. There was a smell of mould in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The breakfast consisted only of tea and coffee with bread, dry and tasteless. Free wireless internet connection did not work. Was charged €2 per bag wen leaving luggage there after check-out. There is no value for money at this hotel! The rate charged is far to high considering how simple the hotel is. It's more of a B&B and the rates should be half what they charge. Can not recommend this place to anyone as there are many nice hotels in Turku with similar rates.
close to the train station
breakfast is very basic; room is too small, so is the washroom. You need to pay 2 euro for each bagage if you leave your bags there after check out.
Kind girl in the reception.
Strange smell in the bathroom, breakfast wasn’t served before 8, I had to leave for work earlier and would’ve enjoyed at least a cup of coffee in the morning if it would’ve been possible. I also think internet should be included in the price of the room. Towels would also have been nice and should be included in the price.
